These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application ("App") provided by SaveX ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to paste social media post URLs to download, view, and share publicly accessible videos. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The App offers a premium subscription, available on a weekly or monthly basis, which provides access to additional features, including:
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring timely cancellation if you do not wish to renew. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and features, with notice provided through the App.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App (excluding content retrieved via social media links) remain the exclusive property of SaveX and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.
The App enables you to access and download publicly available content from social media platforms. We are not affiliated with social media platforms, and we do not host or store any of their content. You are solely responsible for how you use any downloaded content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the App or its features. Use of the App, including premium features, is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device malfunction, or legal consequences resulting from unauthorized downloads.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
